A professional licensed aesthetician since 2003, Allison launched Joy of Waxing in 2009 located in the Turtle Creek/Uptown area of Dallas.
Allison actively supports community organizations: Dallas Children's Advocacy Center, Vogel Alcove, March of Dimes, Salvation Army, American Red Cross, Legal Hospice, and the Warren Center.
