NOTIFICATION ABOUT WAXING SERVICES

Waxing may cause all of the following reactions: bruises, scabs, scarring, redness, hyperpigmentation or pimples or a flare up of any of the above mentioned conditions or responses.  Waxing of soft tissue may cause the skin to tear, resulting in the need for stitches. The need for stitches, though rare, occurs most commonly during Brazilian waxing.

If any of the reactions or conditions listed in the preceding paragraph should occur, I agree not to hold Allison Herrold or Joy of Waxing responsible or liable for damages.  If I change my skin care practices or routines, or if I change the medications I take, I will inform Allison Herrold prior to starting any service.
